i've been here a lot and have had good and bad experiences. the girl who did my eyebrows took off half my eyebrow. it took 4 months to grow that back. it was hard to walk out of there without screaming at her. i went back recently and they wouldn't exchange a purchase for me because it wasn't within their 7 day policy even tho their receipts say 14 days. owner always has a scowl on his face. employees have attitude. i'm over this place.
My daughter has natural curly hair, but it's not all the same level of curly every where, so it's really hard to cut it correctly. We've been living in Warner Robins for almost 6 years now, we've tried numerous salons and this is the first time I've been extremely happy with her haircut. Allie cut her hair and we'll never go anywhere else. I scheduled myself an appointment with Allie for a cut and color as well and I LOVE it.

If you want great service in a wonderful atmosphere, AWAKEN is the place for you. Been going for 5 years and never had a bad experience. I've had everything for cut to color to updo, the whole works and always received excellent service. The massages are also a wonderful experience. Hate moving because I can't imagine finding another salon to match Awaken.
