The staff is always friendly to me and my daughter. Theyre quick with getting your order out. Even on a busy day.
This is the worst starbucks I have EVER been to. I have been in the retail and customer service industry for over 10 years and the girls working that day were extremely rude and unhelpful. I ordered a drink that I've been ordering for years, and she did not even put espresso in it she basically gave me cup of milk. When I asked if she could change it the girl who had been standing there with her hands in her pockets staring rudely at people rolled her eyes, grabbed my drink and slung it in the sink. They then continued to make 3 other people's drinks before remaking mine, all the while having an attitude and whispering to each other. I will not be going back. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They finally made the drink, and it was still wrong but at that point I had to leave.
Not The Same Taste! I will not return to this Kroger location when in town on business. These store shops just don't seem the same, drink colour, in taste or service. My peppermint mocha tasted like hot water with a few Hershey kisses thrown in at the last minute! Poured it on the ground, $6 drink. This happens in Europe too, with the in-store locations. My advice is to visit the store on Watson nex to Comfort Suites.
The guy at the counter was super helpful and pleasant. The coffee was standard double shot espresso .. nice and warm to keep me up for the long drive!
Best location in town, knowledgeable staff and always fast service!
