They are perpetually late. They were hours late for myself and my fiance to such a level that we missed work. No one should go there if they dont have 4 hours to kill on one doctor's appointment.
I tried to get some prior authorization on a medication that my husband needed that they prescribed. It has been almost a week and my husband still can't get it. I called them and all they kept doing was transferring me back and forth to different people. I think I will change my doctor to someone with a better phone manner. They don't have enough care for patients anymore for me. I liked them until now.

Dr.Palmer has been my doctor for years now. Great environment, staff is friendly and all gorgeous. Best in town. Highly recommend him.There is a female doctor in the office as well if the ladies want a female physician.
The wait time is superb, nice environment, doctor very helpful and takes time out to listen as well as understand any concerns you may have. Highly recommended!
