The guy who did my nails was very nice and talkative. I went last Monday and received acrylic nails for an event on Friday. By Friday the nails had lifted on the sides and bubbled up. It is now exactly one week from the day and they look terrible. I will be going on today to speak with a manager since I couldn't when I called. I also had a pedicure and the lady who did my pedicure did a great job. I think it is hot or Miss for service in this place. I hope they can handle this issue with my nails fairly and professionally. Based on the tone of the person I spoke to when calling for a manager I'm not sure that will happen.

The shop is huge! There are more than a dozen each of spa pedicure chairs, and nail booths. I was seated at a spa chair right away! The downside was that I ended up sitting in that chair for nearly an hour before my services began. The girl who did my nails was not very friendly or welcoming. She didn't even speak to me when she sat down to start my feet. She barely spoke to me at all. I spent almost 3 hours in the shop. She was more concerned with chatting with her coworkers, and playing on her phone when she could. My nails look alright... but not great. She didn't even bother making sure the top coat covered my entire nail. Multiple nails are missing top coat on the top and sides of my nail. Maybe thats a tactic to make them chip and peel faster so I'll return more frequently... but I think next time I'll try somewhere!
I went for sns today and the staff was very nice the place was clean, but my nails look awful! The worst I've seen in a while! The length is off some are longer then others the top isn't smooth it's bumpy! My nails are croked and I told her my nail looks sideways and she said my finger went sideways so that's why my nail look like that!!!!! I have been getting my nails done for years trust me my nail can be shaped correctly! I regret going and spending $45 dollars for nails am not even happy with!!!! Save your money atleast my experience was bad I can't wait to get home and try to fix them!
