"No warranty on trees," I was told by phone after tree was dying in one week. Most places around here do guarantee their plants for a certain period of time, so I found that a bit surprising. However, when we went to visit them in person to request satisfaction, they swapped the tree. So, I've upgraded from the 1-star refusal to the 3-star response that goes against their policy. I'd upgrade it to a 5-star if they had a plant-return policy similar to other places around here.
Love the personal feel is the place. They almost always have what I need, and are very approachable and friendly. Purchased everything from trees to plumbing tools, with no regrets.

This place is a hidden gem. They have a great selection and the people are extremely friendly. They even have local produce, honey and eggs. I am so glad we found this place!
