We are currently renting a 5x10 unit in the F building. My sofa and love seat that was in the unit for about 7 months had mildew on them. I noticed there was mildew on the ceiling. The ceiling appeared to sag a bit from moisture.
I brought this to the attention to the office. The owner of the storage until stated that there is nothing wrong with the unit. The mildew is the cause of not getting enough sun. It was implied that the mildew was also a cause from the unit not being open frequently.
Kept some household items here for about a year. The price was good. Service was excellent and the staff was friendly.
